How To Apply Your Gellies
-
Prep Your Nails
Use a buffer to even out the surface of your nails. With the provided alcohol prep pad, clean and wipe off any excess debris or dirt. Thoroughly wash and completely dry your hands. Any sweat, moisture, cream or oil will affect Gellie’s ability to stick to your nails.
-
Choose Your Size
Choose the Gellie that fits closest to your nail size. Hold the sheet over your nail to help you find the correct size. Remove it from the clear film. If your nail is between two sizes, choose the smaller one.
-
Application
Apply the Gellie slightly above the cuticle line and firmly press ensuring there are no wrinkles. If the Gellie is too small, use your finger to gently stretch for the perfect fit. Using the diagonal side of the wooden cuticle stick, firmly press on the edges making a “U” curve. Cut off the leftovers using nail clippers or scissors. Finally, file down the edges using a nail file. File in one direction.

Pro Tip!
Apply a gel top coat for extra shine and durability prior to curing!

Curing
Place your nails under the UV lamp. Turn it on by pressing the top of the lamp and wait until it turns off automatically (30 seconds). Repeat this step 2 more times for each hand (90 seconds total). Gellies are properly cured when they become hard and sturdy.

Good To Know!
-
Use it or lose it!
Gellies will begin to harden when exposed to light for extended periods. For best results, use your Gellies soon after removing them from the black packaging. If you decide to apply them later, place them back in their packaging and seal it using the sticker included.

Zero Waste
